WILLIAM W. DUNLAP, JR., concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation involving medical malpractice defense, personal injury, products liability, domestic relations and commercial litigation. He has been involved in a number of appellate court decisions involving medical malpractice, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, domestic relations, securities regulation, commercial litigation and workers' compensation. He has participated in the Tennessee Supreme Court's SCALES project for high school students in Tennessee.Mr. Dunlap has been a speaker at various CLE seminars and a guest lecturer in the MBA program at the University of Memphis. He is a member of the Memphis (Member, Board of Directors, 1988-89) and Tennessee Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Christ Methodist Day School.Mr. Dunlap is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is also listed in Best Lawyers in America.
