ANN ELLINGTON DUNCAN concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate law, business and commercial transactions, tax law and estate planning. She is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive business experience in finance, management, investment banking and wholesale and retail distribution.

Ms. Duncan is a member of the Memphis Bar Association and the Association for Women Attorneys. A graduate of Leadership Memphis, she currently serves on the advisory board of Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women and the board of Rotary Club of Memphis East Charitable Foundation.
