John Ryder shares bankruptcy expertise during CLE seminar in Memphis





John Ryder, managing partner with Harris, Shelton, Hanover Walsh, PLLC, recently shared his bankruptcy and commercial litigation expertise during a half-day CLE seminar through the National Business Institute. The course, which took place April 17, 2007, focused on key areas of bankruptcy law such as: the impact of the new UCC Article 9 on secured transactions and foreclosures; the relationship between Article 9 and the bankruptcy code; and structuring and managing secured transactions.
Ryder is a certified Business Bankruptcy Law attorney through the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and is the current chair of the Merit Selection Panel for Bankruptcy Vacancies for the Western District of Tennessee.
